Job Summary
Conduct individualized skin and facial services, including facials, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, and make-up application to enhance guest well-being. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products while discussing options to determine specific needs. Maintain salon appearance and cleanliness and serve as an expert in skin analysis and maintenance regimens. Remain current on certifications and industry trends. Promote all LifeSpa and Salon products and services. This role requires an Esthetician License and a High School Diploma or GED. Pay includes commissions between 35% and 70% plus applicable minimum wage. Full-time members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside a subsidized membership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Esthetician License in state where work is performed
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to stand, walk, feel, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of cosmetology experience
- 6 months of sales experience
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
