Job Summary
Esthetician & Laser Technician at Amerejuve Medspa (Powers Ferry Rd, Atlanta, GA) providing high-quality aesthetic and laser services. Responsibilities include performing laser hair removal, skin consultations with customized treatment plans, advanced esthetic services (facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial preferred, microneedling if licensed/trained), educating clients on skincare products and post-treatment care, building long-term client relationships, maintaining accurate treatment documentation, ensuring rooms and equipment are cleaned per state regulations and HIPAA guidelines, supporting daily spa operations, and meeting or exceeding service and retail sales goals. Requires an active Georgia Esthetician License and Laser Practitioner Certification (or eligibility), strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia Esthetician License (required)
- Laser Practitioner Certification (Georgia) or eligibility to perform laser procedures (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic practice (preferred)
- Experience performing laser hair removal
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to educate clients and confidently recommend treatment plans
- Sales experience in aesthetics or medical spa services is a plus
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
