Job Summary
Esthetician / Laser Associate responsible for delivering safe laser tattoo removal treatments, educating clients on the removal process, and overseeing laser and operational activities. Provide exceptional client experiences, adhere to Removery safety protocols and treatment guidelines, maintain accurate client records, collaborate with the studio team to achieve KPIs, perform light cleaning and administrative tasks, and stay up-to-date with licensing credentials and ongoing training.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetician license.
- Reliable transportation to commute to your home studio and/or other designated locations, as needed.
- Effective and client centric communication style.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Out of state travel for training may be required
- Must be able to sit for hour long increments.
- Must be able to lift 10 lbs. or more repetitively.
- High level comfort with treating and interacting with the human body.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
- Strong wrist dexterity and strength with the ability to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
- Ability to visually assess clients’ skin conditions and safely operate laser equipment while wearing assigned Laser Safety Goggles.
- Ability to meet employment eligibility requirements.
