Job Summary
Deliver objective-based education through mini classes and engaging learning centers while mentoring Future Professionals in beauty and wellness careers. Combine classroom instruction with real-world, hands-on salon experiences to teach creative techniques, professional skills, and soft skills. Supervise students, track outcomes, and model integrity within a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Work Monday through Thursday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM as a licensed educator with prior instructional experience. Required Qualifications
- Current NJ Cosmetology License
- Prior instructional or teaching experience in a cosmetology school
- Salon/Spa experience with proven technical expertise in hair, skin, and makeup
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Skilled in team leadership, student supervision, and outcome tracking
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for education and the beauty industry
- Monday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Part-time evening teaching schedule)
