Job Summary
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering skincare techniques, facials, waxing, and makeup application. Provide theoretical and practical instruction while demonstrating proper safety practices and industry standards. Supervise hands-on guidance during laboratory work, assess student progress through evaluations, and address individual learning needs. Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development. Stay current with industry trends to ensure the program remains relevant.
Required Qualifications
- Esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing esthetician
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in teaching or training, preferably in an esthetics education setting
- Strong knowledge of esthetics principles, practices, and industry trends
