Job Summary
Provide professional facial and cosmetic treatments for hygienic or therapeutic purposes while delivering high-level customer service. Maintain current knowledge of all resort treatments, follow industry trends, and conduct tours of spa facilities as needed. Deliver hair, nail, and bodily treatments adhering to State Board of Cosmetology standards and established protocols. Manage product inventory by labeling and storing items per government guidelines, maintain relevant regulatory records, and ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and PPE standards. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires a current State of Cosmetology License and previous hotel spa experience. Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current State of Cosmetology License
- Previous hotel spa experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work flexible schedules; including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate related equipment
- Ability to kneel, push, pull, and lift up to 30 lbs
