Provide hair care services including cut, design, color, and styling; shampoo, condition, and rinse guests. Examine skin, hair, or nails to evaluate condition and recommend home care regimens. Promote spa/salon services and retail products while escorting guests to treatment rooms. Set up workstations with necessary supplies, clean, maintain, and sterilize tools, and monitor time schedules. Handle inappropriate guest behavior by stopping service and informing supervisors. Maintain current licensure, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and maintain confidentiality. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and develop positive working relationships with team members. Perform duties requiring standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
