Job Summary
Provide professional skin care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments to salon clientele. Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals while building a client base through recruitment and maintaining customer records. Acknowledge clients promptly, respond to service issues, and address complaints professionally. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education regarding products, services, and industry trends. Ensure personal work areas and the salon meet State Board Regulations by performing cleaning, stocking, and client card duties. Organize time and resources effectively to support sales targets and communicate with management regarding issues and needs. Maintain an updated professional appearance adhering to salon dress code and attendance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard
- Ability to use standard telephone
- Ability to use other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry
