Esthetician - Full Time - SouthPark Mall

Esthetician at Belk SouthPark Mall provides professional skin-care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments to salon clientele. Reports to the Salon Manager/Desk Manager; nonexempt, active participation in ongoing education, and meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Responsibilities include building a client base, maintaining client cards, recommending retail products, addressing customer issues promptly, and adhering to State Board Regulations. Requires excellent communication, organization, and time-management; ability to work with chemicals; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; and a valid, current board-certified license. Two to five years of cosmetology or cosmetic industry experience preferred. Emphasis on ongoing education and professional appearance within a fast-paced, inclusive salon environment.
