Job Summary
Provide professional skin care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Acknowledge clients promptly, recruit new clients, and maintain customer cards. Deliver quality technical skills by prescribing appropriate retail products and addressing customer service issues professionally. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education regarding products, services, and industry trends. Ensure personal work areas and salon compliance with State Board Regulations through basic housekeeping duties. Organize time and resources effectively to meet sales targets and communicate with management regarding issues and needs. Maintain an updated professional appearance adhering to salon dress code and attendance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Meeting salon guidelines for attendance and tardiness
- Maintaining an updated professional appearance and meets the salon dress code
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
