Job Summary
Deliver professional skin care services including facials, hair removal, and body treatments while meeting personal service and retail sales goals. Build a client base by recruiting new requests and maintaining customer cards, responding promptly to service issues and complaints. Maintain a clean, stocked work area adhering to State Board Regulations and perform basic housekeeping duties. Participate in ongoing in-house and external education regarding products, services, and industry trends. Ensure personal presentation meets dress code and salon guidelines while communicating effectively with management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current board certified license
- Ability to use computer keyboard, standard telephone and other related business equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and chemical compounds
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must possess a valid and current board certified license
Desired Qualifications
- Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred
