Job Summary

Deliver professional waxing services in your private suite while adhering to EWC brand protocols and state licensing requirements. Greet guests with professionalism, educate them on post-wax care, and build relationships that drive rebooking and product sales. Maintain a sterile, organized suite at all times and uphold strict sanitation standards. Participate in ongoing technical training, brand education, and center meetings to refine your craft. Support fellow team members in a positive, inclusive environment. This role offers a performance-based earning structure with commissions, tips, and bonuses, plus access to medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off for full-time staff.
