Provide consistent professional skin care, body treatment, and waxing services while educating guests on wellness concerns. Properly care for equipment, adhere to sanitation protocols, and perform prep work including room cleaning and restocking. Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, communicate incidents to management, and actively promote spa programs and retail offerings. Maintain a positive attitude, work without direct supervision, and attend required training and staff meetings. Assist in all areas of Spa operation as requested by management. Available for all shifts including weekends with flexible scheduling.
