Job Summary
Deliver personalized facial and skincare treatments in line with luxury hospitality standards. Perform advanced skincare applications including Hydrafacial treatments and tailored beauty therapies. Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable skincare products and wellness programs. Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas maintain impeccable hygiene and presentation standards. Build strong guest relationships through intuitive service and attention to detail. Anticipate guest preferences and create a calming, luxurious, and personalized spa experience. Support retail sales initiatives through confident product knowledge and recommendations. Collaborate closely with the Spa and Wellness team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant esthetician or beauty therapy certifications
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, wellness centers, or premium spas
- Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
