Job Summary
Perform professional aesthetic treatments including customized facials, Hydrafacial treatments, chemical peels, acne treatments, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, RF microneedling assistance, skin tightening and body contouring support treatments. Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments, recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans, educate clients on pre-care and post-care instructions, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked. Drive client satisfaction through strong bedside manner, support treatment plan conversions and package sales, and participate in social media content creation and marketing campaigns. Represent the brand professionally in-person and online.
Required Qualifications
- Active Esthetician License in Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience preferred
- Experience in a medspa or cosmetic setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable on camera and participating in social media content
- Sales confidence and customer service excellence
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Hydrafacial
- Experience with medical-grade skincare lines
- Knowledge of skin of color treatments
- Familiarity with RF microneedling and advanced aesthetic procedures
- Experience with consultation-based selling
- Experience with booking software and EMR systems
