Job Summary
Perform professional body and facial waxing services using the exclusive 4-Step Process while delivering a consistent, safe, and comfortable guest experience aligned with brand standards. Apply sound judgment and skin analysis skills to identify sensitivities, educate guests on pre- and post-wax care, and recommend retail products to support healthy results. Build trust to promote rebooking and meet individual service, retail, and rebooking goals while maintaining a clean, hygienic suite per state board requirements. Participate in team trainings and, once qualified, mentor new Wax Specialists. Valid Illinois license and 6+ months of hands-on experience preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Esthetician or Cosmetology license in the state of Illinois
- Confidence performing full-body waxing services for all genders and anatomies
- Sales-minded attitude with the ability to recommend skincare products and Wax Pass packages
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to exceptional guest care, cleanliness, and performance standards
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times in accordance with the EWC Growth Associate Handbook
- Stand and provide services for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive hand and arm motions
- Bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Work with skincare and cleaning products in a fast-paced service environment
Desired Qualifications
