Job Summary
Lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Accountable for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic in-store events, CRM and leadership of a high performing team. Drive business planning, consumer insights and front-line marketing, with exposure to event management and customer relationship management. Opportunity to progress within the beauty industry; role provides experience in leadership, business planning, event management and store operations.
Required Qualifications
