Job Summary
The Counter Lead role supports the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share by delivering customer-focused service and retail standards. Responsibilities include maintaining a credible brand image, maximizing sales through selling and service, adhering to store and brand procedures, understanding targets, leveraging additional sales avenues (events, Omni and digital channels), monitoring competitor activity, using digital tools to enhance knowledge and engagement, delivering local brand strategy and marketing initiatives, executing excellent service levels with a zero-complaints mindset, acting as a Brand ambassador, managing refunds and complaints per guidelines, and ensuring stock, merchandising, promotions, and health & safety standards meet Company and Retailer guidelines. The role also involves replenishment planning, analysing commercial reports, and delivering an industry-leading customer experience with up-to-date product knowledge and effective operational execution.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer facing environment
- Ability to drive self-development
- Commercial understanding and awareness of industry
- Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills
