Job Summary
The Beauty Advisor drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, client relationships, and personalized makeup/skincare consultations. Responsibilities include executing promotions and events, leveraging clienteling tools, providing product recommendations to meet customer needs, utilizing brand resources and training to deepen product knowledge, supporting inventory and visual merchandising, and contributing to a positive store culture. Must be comfortable with technology, adaptable to a fast-paced environment, and able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a commission-driven, hourly role. Requires maintaining relevant professional licenses/certifications as required by state/local boards. Age minimum is 16.
