Beauty Advisor at Belk (Estee Lauder line) drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing excellent service through building client relationships, performing product applications, and offering customized recommendations in a fast-paced, commission-based environment. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and initiative to achieve store objectives and personal/store metrics, creating memorable experiences through genuine team, vendor, customer, and community relationships, delivering personalized consultations, leveraging clienteling tools, and promoting promotions and events. Responsibilities include utilizing selling tools and digital devices to provide an omnichannel experience with up-to-date inventory and product details; applying brand resources and training to build product knowledge and artistry; encouraging repeat client interactions as a trusted resource; merchandising and maintaining store standards; supporting store operations and asset protection per guidelines. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; comfortable with makeup and skincare services; and maintain any required licenses per state/local boards.
