Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist for a luxury condominium: act as the face of the property, handling all front-of-house duties, greeting residents and guests, checking in visitors, and managing in-person and phone interactions with a customer-oriented approach. The role requires attention to detail, calm problem-solving, strong communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work with limited supervision. The position emphasizes guest/resident service, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays, with a focus on creating a welcoming, professional environment. Desirable experience in hospitality and proficiency with computer systems related to property management, plus certifications or training in related areas (e.g., CPR/first aid, alcohol awareness) and a valid driver’s license. Supports a positive resident experience and smooth operations at the front desk while upholding company policies and safety procedures.
