Job Summary
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of the Group's commercial and residential property portfolio by maintaining lease documentation, databases, and monitoring key property dates. Liaise with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and solicitors to oversee maintenance works and ensure compliance. Produce reports for senior management and support acquisitions and new portfolio additions through due diligence. Visit properties and attend meetings as required. Requires a full UK driving licence, own vehicle, and strong organisational skills. Join a growing business with opportunities to develop into strategic property projects.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within a Property Administrator, Estates Administrator or similar property administration role
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build professional relationships
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
- Ability to commute to our Head Office in Ruislip

Desired Qualifications
- Around three years' experience within a commercial property environment, such as a property consultancy, managing agent, developer or estate management business
- Experience supporting a significant property portfolio
- Knowledge of lease administration and property compliance
