Estate Wine Guide (Part-Time)

Part-Time Wine Guide responsible for greeting guests and seating for tastings, pouring and explaining our wine and regional history, serving in the dining room, and collaborating with our chef team to create a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities include supporting Tasting Room operations (stocking, cleaning, tours, weekend lounge execution, outreach), assisting in achieving wine sales in the Tasting Room and Wine Society Lounge, driving tour signups and memberships, giving tours as needed, maintaining a tidy tasting room, assisting with inventory and back-stock organization, resolving guest concerns with tact, staying informed on new releases, attending manager meetings, and collaborating across departments. Requires minimum 2 years of experience in wine service or related hospitality roles, strong teamwork, excellent communication, professional appearance and demeanor, customer-focused attitude, ability to work quickly in a high-paced environment, English communication skills, basic math, and willingness to complete education upon hire. High School Diploma or GED is required. Weekend and holiday availability is expected. Pay range is $16.90-$17.50 per hour plus tips; benefits include vacation/sick accruals, 401K with company matching, wine and merchandise discounts, and education program.
