Job Summary
In the Estate Support Staff role at Lewis Cellars' Napa estate, you will warmly welcome guests, provide water service, clear tables, replenish supplies, ensure timely plate delivery, respond to guest requests, restock wine and collateral, assist with pre- and post-shift setup, and maintain cleanliness of tables, tabletops, chairs, floors, and restrooms. You will support the luxury tasting-room program, gain wine knowledge, and uphold service standards. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, the ability to work evening shifts, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous tasting-room or restaurant experience is preferred but not required, and certifications in RBS and Food Handling are required or must be completed soon after hire. English proficiency is required, and there is opportunities for development, mentorship, and advancement within the Wonderful Company family.
Required Qualifications
- RBS and Food Handler Certifications required, or must be willing to complete certifications independently and at personal cost shortly upon hire
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage priorities and tasks
- Strong communication with guests and team members
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
