Job Summary
Welcome guests with water service, clear empty plates, replenish table supplies, and deliver plates promptly to ensure seamless experiences. Transport glassware and tableware to the kitchen, reset tabletops, clean floors, and inspect restrooms every 30 minutes. Respond immediately to guest requests and communicate them to servers or managers. Restock wine, merchandise, and collateral materials as needed. Assist with pre- and post-shift setup and cleanup. This role requires weekend, evening, and holiday availability with flexibility for varying environments including vineyards and event spaces. RBS and Food Handler Certifications are required.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend (Friday - Sunday) and holiday availability
- Flexibility to work evening shifts
- RBS and Food Handler Certifications
- Willingness to complete certifications independently and at personal cost shortly upon hire
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfort working in varying environments, including vineyards, cellars, and event spaces
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
- High school diploma or equivalent
