Job Summary
Estate Probate Paralegal to assist attorneys with estate probate proceedings, prepare and file probate documents with New Jersey courts, communicate with beneficiaries and executors, manage administration timelines and deadlines, and coordinate with financial institutions and appraisers while maintaining detailed case files and documentation. Part-time, in-office position based in Fort Lee, NJ with potential activities spanning NJ probate matters and related real estate probate needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of New Jersey probate experience required
- Strong knowledge of New Jersey probate laws and procedures
- New York probate experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
