Estate Planning Specialist

Job Summary
Consult members to independently identify estate planning needs and goals, providing education to help them determine products and solutions that meet their expectations. Develop strategic sales plans within assigned territory by engaging in daily sales calls, maintaining an active referral base through community events, and conducting educational seminars. Deliver exceptional service by ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and clear communication with internal and external partners throughout all phases. Maintain expert knowledge of Wills and Trusts products and services while acting as a trainee under the judicial code to work toward obtaining LDP certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of Sales experience in the Financial or Estate Planning industry
- Proven success in a sales environment
- Ability to present to small and large groups
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to interact with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside of the organization
- Valid Arizona driver license
- meet Company guidelines required
Desired Qualifications
- CLDP Certification
- Notary – State Certification
- Attends educational programs to further develop knowledge base
- Acts as 'trainee' under the judicial code to work toward obtaining LDP certification
- Once CLDP obtained, maintain compliance with all Arizona CLDP regulations including ensuring completion of applicable Continuing Education (CE) hours each year
