Job Summary
Independently manage estate planning, probate, and trust administration files from initial client intake through file closure, meeting with clients to gather information and prepare documents. Guide personal representatives and trustees through probate matters, prepare and e-file pleadings, and maintain consistent communication to deliver an exceptional client experience. Coordinate multiple deadlines with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient matter progression. This fully on-site role in Jupiter, FL requires 3+ years of relevant experience and offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 with benefits including 401(k) matching and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning and probate
- Strong understanding of estate planning, probate, and trust administration processes
- Ability to independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision
- Excellent organization, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Strong client service skills with a compassionate and professional approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Location: Jupiter, FL — This is a fully on-site opportunity in a professional office environment
Desired Qualifications
