Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys handling estate planning, probate, and related matters. Assist with preparing, organizing, and maintaining legal documents, correspondence, and client files while coordinating meetings, appointments, and communications. Communicate professionally with clients to gather information and documentation, support attorneys with deadlines and filings, and maintain accurate electronic and physical files. Track important deadlines and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a full-time, on-site role in Jupiter, Florida.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal assistant experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional and client-service oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
