Job Summary
Advise clients on estate planning strategies and draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. Handle probate and estate administration matters from initiation through resolution, preparing pleadings and guiding personal representatives and beneficiaries through complex processes. Meet directly with clients to explain legal options and communicate clearly with courts and opposing counsel. Manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities while collaborating with paralegals to maintain high accuracy and client service. Requires an active Florida Bar license and 2+ years of relevant experience. Full-time, on-site role in Jupiter, Florida with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of estate planning and probate experience
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
- Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Ability to independently manage matters while knowing when to seek guidance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional, compassionate, and comfortable working with clients on sensitive personal and family matters
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Jupiter, Florida
