Job Summary
Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate matters, and elder law issues while drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents. Handle probate and estate administration from intake through resolution, counsel families on long-term care planning and asset protection, and support or lead Medicaid spend down matters. Maintain strong client communication to deliver a high-touch, service-oriented experience and collaborate with attorneys and staff in a growing, team-driven office. This full-time on-site role in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, offers meaningful client contact and clear growth opportunities within a collaborative practice focused on education and strategy rather than billable-hour pressure.
Required Qualifications
- JD
- active bar license
- Comfortable working on-site full-time
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of directly relevant experience preferred
- Experience in estate planning, probate, and/or elder law
- Strong drafting, client counseling, and communication skills
- Medicaid planning or spend down strategy experience is a strong plus
- Originations are a plus for more senior candidates
- Pennsylvania bar admission is strongly preferred for candidates to be considered competitively
