Job Summary
Handle all stages of estate planning and trust administration, including client intake, management, and drafting documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Advise high-net-worth clients on wealth transfer, asset protection, and risk mitigation strategies while preparing technical memoranda for estate tax issues. Competently manage complex matters in consultation with the team, review paralegal work, and evaluate fraudulent transfer transactions. Research client issues, analyze options, and propose best courses of action. Requires seven years of experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Located in a full-service law firm with concentrations in taxation, corporate, and litigation practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years experience minimum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language skills a plus
- Real Estate Experience a plus
- Evaluation of fraudulent transfer and voidable transaction a plus
- Book is preferred but not required
