Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives. Manage client intake and maintain regular communication throughout the planning process. Organize and maintain case files and document templates while coordinating document signings, notarizations, and witness arrangements. Prepare asset schedules and funding documents such as trust funding letters and deed transfers. Conduct legal research as needed to support planning strategies and track deadlines to ensure all documents are properly filed and executed. Work closely with attorneys to customize plans based on each client's needs.
