Job Summary
Draft and review Estate Planning documents while performing legal research and preparing for administrative hearings or legal proceedings. Manage all aspects of probate and trust administration cases, assist in developing an innovative client experience, and communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling. Work closely with a dedicated administrative assistant to ensure client work is completed accurately and on time, keeping files organized for easy access by attorneys, paralegals, and staff. Provide general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys. Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited school of law
- qualification to practice in the state of Pennsylvania
- At least two years of substantial involvement in the field of Estate Administration
- Membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association in good standing
