Job Summary
Senior Trust & Estates Attorney needed in Cincinnati for a hybrid role with a respected private wealth practice. Responsibilities include advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, and fiduciary administration; working on trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies; collaborating with experienced attorneys in a supportive, team-oriented environment; building long-term client relationships; exposure to complex estate matters; and contributing to mentorship and professional development within a collaborative firm culture. Must be licensed to practice law and bring 5+ years of experience in trust & estates or related practice, with strong writing and research skills and the ability to independently manage matters and client relationships. Hybrid work flexibility offered in Cincinnati, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Active Ohio bar license or eligible to practice law
- 5+ years of experience in trust & estates, estate planning, or related practice in a law firm
- Experience drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of federal and state tax considerations related to trusts and estates
- Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
- Collaborative mindset and client-service orientation
