Job Summary
Conduct grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, strimming, and clearing leaves, litter, or debris. Perform general maintenance of grounds, landscaped areas, open spaces, and customer properties using mechanical equipment and materials. Utilize a hand-held scheduling device to complete all related documentation. Requires a full UK driving licence, experience in grounds maintenance, and knowledge of horticultural plants and machinery. Annualised hours are 40 per week in summer and 29 per week in winter. Required Qualifications
- A full UK driver's licence
- Experience in grounds maintenance
- Pride in your work
- A keen eye for detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Experience driving and towing machinery
- Familiarity with app-based scheduling systems
- COSHH and Health & Safety knowledge in a horticultural environment
- Knowledge of Sunderland and the surrounding area
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
