Job Summary
Conduct initial consultations, review meetings, and sign-up appointments with clients seeking guidance on Consumer Proposals and bankruptcies. Offer respectful, non-judgmental advice on debt relief options while collaborating with Licensed Insolvency Trustees and internal team members. Delegate and assist in the preparation of insolvency filings, then review documentation for quality and accuracy. Maintain compliance with current insolvency legislation, including the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, and contribute to a culture of mentorship by coaching new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a client-focused administrative or advisory role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, empathy, and ethical integrity
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to support a team-oriented environment and ongoing learning
