Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of a private Lake Joseph estate, coordinating household staff, vendors, and contractors to maintain exceptional standards across residences, grounds, and waterfront facilities. Develop and monitor annual operating budgets, review expenditures, and manage preventative maintenance programs for mechanical systems, marine equipment, and capital improvement projects. Lead, recruit, train, and evaluate the multidisciplinary household team while ensuring seamless guest experiences for owners and visitors. Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding family matters and proactively resolve operational issues before they arise. Requires seven years of experience in private estate or luxury hospitality management, strong financial acumen, and flexibility for seasonal schedules including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience managing a private estate, ultra-high-net-worth residence, luxury hospitality property, private yacht, or comparable environment
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary household or estate teams
- Strong financial management, organizational, and project management skills
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to estate management
- Valid driver's licence
