Job Summary
Create personalized itineraries and pre-arrival outreach for guests while maintaining an accurate database of loyal patrons. Provide property orientation, respond to calls and emails, and collaborate across resort departments to ensure seamless luxury experiences. Uphold Forbes standards, identify milestone recognition opportunities, and cultivate relationships within the Napa Valley community including wineries and cultural partners. Stay ahead of trends in wine and culinary offerings to elevate guest experiences. Meet monthly outreach goals for on-property amenities and operate a golf cart throughout the property. Work a flexible on-site schedule including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years Hotel/Hospitality Leadership Role
- Driver's license
- Wine Education or Knowledge - Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET or equivalent working experience
- Valid California Driver's License
- Must be able and willing to safely operate a golf cart and complete required Meadowood golf cart safety training
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must maintain guest and member confidentiality
- Must comply with Meadowood policies, safety procedures, service standards, and departmental protocols
- Must successfully complete required company training programs
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business and guest needs
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Must be available to work varying shifts, which may include mornings and evenings
- Additional hours may occasionally be required for special events, holidays, high occupancy, or other business needs
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
