Job Summary
Estate Attorney to handle estate planning, probate and trust administration; draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives; manage probate from opening through closing; advise clients on estate, trust, and inheritance issues; prepare fiduciary accountings and related filings; communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial advisors, and courts; conduct legal research and stay current on estate and probate law; manage deadlines and case files; provide compassionate, professional client service in sensitive matters.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing in Pennsylvania
- 5+ years of estate planning and estate administration experience preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with trusts, probate proceedings, and fiduciary matters
