Job Summary
As an Estate Attorney at Carolina Estate Planning, you will own client relationships through the estate planning process, design customized wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guide families through complex decisions; you will provide expert legal counsel on estate planning and asset protection, educate clients on retirement strategies and charitable giving, and represent clients in probate and guardianship proceedings while maintaining detailed, organized client records to ensure seamless service.
Required Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of estate planning, probate, and trust administration experience
- 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
- Proven ability to lead and manage in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
