Job Summary
Estate Assistant Manager to oversee tasting room operations and lead Direct-to-Consumer sales for Brewer-Clifton and Cambria Wines. Responsibilities include managing sales plans, customer service, inventory accuracy, cash reconciliation, shipping orders, staff hiring and training, and executing hospitality events. Builds and maintains a top-tier client base of collectors, develops outreach strategies, collaborates with Brand Marketing and cross-functional teams on budgets and revenue targets, and coordinates advertising/promotional plans. Strong leadership, coaching, and experience in wine education, hospitality, and sales are essential, with occasional travel for events and outreach.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience in retail, sales, or tasting room management.
- Proven track record in direct sales, leading and growing the business.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to utilize Point of Sales software and ERP software as needed.
- Knowledge of merchandising wine and non-wine items.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
