Oversee movers during transit and resettling, ensuring clients' belongings are moved and unpacked as planned. Manage online estate sales by photographing lots, writing descriptions, and listing items on auction platforms before customer pickup. Handle home cleanouts, including light hoarding situations, while maintaining compassion and integrity. Conduct floor sweeping and vacuuming to prepare homes for next occupants after item removal. Requires good physical condition for lifting, reliable transportation, and availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
