Job Summary

Estate and Document Attorney to support our tax and wealth management teams with estate planning for clients on a non-exclusive basis. Responsibilities include meeting with clients (virtually or in person) to confirm estate planning needs, drafting revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs, and staying current with state laws. Work with an established book of business and leverage templates or own methods to prepare estate planning documents; coordinate with internal Legal Directors and other professionals to deliver comprehensive planning for high-net-worth households. Requires license in the posted state; entry-level attorneys will be considered. Remote work is available with a flexible schedule, and compensation is hourly with uncapped earning potential.
