Job Summary
Estate planning attorney role providing estate planning services for clients within wealth-management teams. Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs; meet with clients virtually or in-person to confirm needs; work with internal Legal Directors and professionals; manage an established book of business with client assets from $1M–$10M; access to templates and up-to-date state law guidance; flexible, non-exclusive engagement with uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in the posted state
- Entry level attorneys will be considered
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Innovative and creative
- Ability to lead and be decisive
- Time management and organization
- Collaborative skills to work with tax, business, and financial advisors
