Job Summary
Manage end-to-end estate sales from valuation to completion while building a local customer base and optimizing your personal brand. Deliver a personalized property service supported by local branch hubs, central lead management, and concierge telephony. Utilize entrepreneurial skills to drive business generation and marketing efforts within the Monmouth area. This fully employed partnership role offers flexibility for home-based work with a basic salary of £25,000 to £27,500 plus uncapped commission and a company car. Candidates require three years of estate agency experience and legal entitlement to work in the UK. The Spicerhaart group provides extensive training, development, and coaching to help partners grow their local businesses.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of estate agency experience
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Passport/Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Must live in or around Monmouth
