Estate Agency Training Manager

Job Summary
Design and deliver training programmes for approximately 250 Spicerhaart colleagues, covering sales performance and customer experience while ensuring procedural compliance and legislative requirements. Develop and maintain training manuals, Operations Manuals, and assessment materials for apprenticeships on the Vocational Development Programme. Manage systems training by identifying requirements, implementing blended and e-learning solutions, and coordinating special projects to achieve a 100% course completion rate. Review materials for learning effectiveness and recommend best practices within the company. Work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm with mandatory travel to training sites, reporting to the Head of Training & Development EA.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally educated to degree standard
- CIPD qualification in Learning and Development
- Equivalent business experience
- Minimum of three years in a sales, property or retail sales-related role
- Experience of apprenticeship programmes
- Qualified to provide competent assessments to enable the successful completion of Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated
- Confident
- Flexible
- Ability to work accurately
- Ability to remain well organised
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport or Birth Certificate
