Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver training programmes for approximately 250 colleagues across Spicerhaart, covering sales and customer experience while ensuring procedural and legislative compliance. Maintain up-to-date training manuals and documentation, review materials for learning effectiveness, and manage systems training through blended and e-learning platforms. Coordinate special projects, support other departments with Operations Manuals, and deliver assessment for apprenticeships on the Vocational Development Programme to achieve a 100% course completion rate. Work Monday to Friday with mandatory travel to training sites, reporting to the Head of Training & Development.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally educated to degree standard
- CIPD qualification in Learning and Development
- Equivalent business experience
- Minimum of three years in a sales, property or retail sales-related role
- Experience of apprenticeship programmes
- Qualified to provide competent assessments to enable the successful completion of Level 2 and Level 3 apprenticeships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated
- Confident
- Flexible
- Ability to work accurately
- Ability to remain well organised
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
- Evidence of your right to work in the UK
