Job Summary
Conduct active searches for incidents in the NoHarm tool, assist in incident interviews, and track incident closures within the system. Support the organization of serious incident and sentinel reports, aid in audits for Patient Safety Goals, and assist in managing pressure injury and vascular catheter notifications. Contribute to educational campaigns regarding Patient Safety Goals. Available for a 20-hour weekly schedule with a nursing internship starting from the 4th semester.
