Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations, concierge services, lobby ambassador duties, restaurant hosting, and spa coordination during shifts from 08:00 to 15:00 or 15:00 to 22:00. Operate global hotel management systems while adhering to luxury service standards (LQA) in an international, multicultural environment. Complete a 5x2 rotation schedule as a tourism or hospitality student with fluent English proficiency. Gain practical experience at the Copacabana Palace, a The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025 recipient, within the Belmond family of luxury properties.
